The man was mysteriously pushed into the well, causing his death. They checked out his property only to discover a stinking well, which they boarded up and ignored for years, building the cemetery anyways. In the 80s, some teenagers were looking for his ghost and one of them sat on the well, only to disappear without a sign. Very Creepy Place.
